Frequently Asked Questions

We keep your dog overnight in one of our comfortable cage free bedrooms.  Most dogs will have friends with them overnight to keep them company.  We provide blankets or raised beds to keep them cozy all night.

We like to keep them on their regular diet, so please bring any food that they normally eat.  It is very helpful to have the food bagged up per meal.  Please bring any wet food or good food you normally spoil them with.  Please do not mix medications or supplements in the food.  We ask for specific instructions for medications.  We also need to know the name and dosage of all medications.

We have bowls, blankets and anything else they will need while they are here.
For the safety of all pets, we require proof of vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Please bring updated vaccination records when you drop off your dog.
Yes! We offer all day play! Everyday! They will spend the day in our airconditioned playrooms and large play yards! No extra charge. We let them get their crazy out during the day so they sleep peacefully all night.

Your dog’s health and happiness are our top priorities. It is important that we are aware of any conditions your dog may have.  Even the smallest detail will be helpful while you away.  If your dog is on medication, we need to know the name, dosage and reason he/she is on it.  If your dog becomes ill, we will contact you immediately and consult with either your veterinarian or our on-call vet.  If you have a senior dog – over 15, we may ask that you have a short meeting with the owner before boarding.

Our staff members care for your dogs like they were their own.  Gratuity is greatly appreciated.
